These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vwtech.com (the "Site") and any digital products, downloadable materials, services, content, features, or resources offered by VW Technologies, Inc. dba VW Tech ("VW Tech," "we," "us," or "our").

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing a product, or downloading any content from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this Site or purchase our products and services.

 

3. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site and all content made available by VW Tech—including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, icons, downloads, templates, frameworks, workflows, documents, designs, software, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to VW Tech and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except as expressly stated in writing, your purchase or use of a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for your own authorized internal business or personal use, as applicable.

Unless a product page or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants a license only to the individual or business entity that completed the purchase, for that purchaser’s own authorized internal use. The license does not include the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share outside the purchasing organization, or make the materials available to third parties.

You may not, unless expressly authorized in writing:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute our materials
  • Resell, sublicense, lease, share, or commercially exploit our products
  • Modify or create derivative works for resale or redistribution
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

 

6. User Content

If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, testimonials, reviews, or other content to us:

You grant VW Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with our business.

You represent you have rights to the content and it does not infringe others’ rights.

 

7. Third-Party Services and Links

We may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics, scheduling, payment). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

 

8. Disclaimers

The site and all services, downloads, products, services, content and all materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

VW Tech does not guarantee any specific business outcome, performance result, cost savings, service improvement, or operational result from the use of the Site, our content, digital products, or consulting services. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your systems, personnel, implementation decisions, and business environment.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VW Tech and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VW Tech and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Site, products, or services
  • Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity
  • Any content or information you submit to us

 

11. Products and Services

VW Tech may offer digital products, downloadable content, templates, guides, educational resources, and related services through the Site.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any product, service, content, feature, or offering at any time without liability.

 

12. Digital Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, products sold through the Site are delivered electronically. Delivery may occur by download link, email, account access, portal access, or another digital method.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure you can receive electronic communications and downloads from us.

 

13. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree:

  • Fees, taxes, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout or in a written proposal, as applicable.
  • To provide current, complete, and accurate information.
  • By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing error, or violation of these Terms.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, any compatibility or access information provided, and the applicable Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy.

 

14. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Purchases may be subject to our Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because many products offered through the Site are digital products delivered electronically and may be available immediately after purchase, all sales may be final except as expressly stated in that policy or where required by applicable law. Please review that policy carefully before purchasing.

 

15. Governing Law and Venue; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product or service provided by VW Tech shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Alachua County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

 

16. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the information, digital products, and content available through the Site are provided for general informational and business-operational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any product, recommendation, or material is appropriate for your specific situation.

 

17. SMS Communications

VW Technologies, Inc. dba VW Tech may use Short Message Service (SMS) text messaging to communicate directly with individual customers or business contacts on a one-to-one basis. SMS messages are used only for conversational business communications initiated by or related to an existing interaction, such as responding to inquiries, coordinating services, or providing customer support.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the conversation.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you initiate a new conversation.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at websupport@vwtech.com.
  • Privacy: Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

SMS messages are not used for marketing campaigns, bulk messaging, or automated alerts.

 

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections intended to survive termination do so (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law).
